Stylish 3BR Near Subway, Yankee Stadium + Patio

Just minutes away from subway station and on the express train, barely 20 minutes from midtown. Great food market across Positive: It had characters and was also very quiet and relaxing. Negative: Great shower but a bit tricky getting in and out of tub

Our host, Annie, was great! Before we arrived, she responded almost instantly to any concerns/questions that I had in preparing for our stay. We were a large group—grandmother with five teenage granddaughters! We were very comfortable in the space provided—there was plenty of room. This grandma had no problem with the walk up the stairway to our unit and of course the girls flew up and down with ease. The location for us was perfect—halfway between the Fordham campus in The Bronx and downtown. And when taking the 147th Street exit from the subway, it was less than a block to arrive “home!” We felt very safe and secure in our unit—Annie provided a security code for the doors so we never had to worry about carrying keys. The first night of our stay we walked about six or seven blocks to Broadway and 148th where we found several places to choose from for dinner. There also is a food market 1/2 block away which carried everything we needed for snacks and soda. Annie provided coffee and tea which was really nice to not have to purchase at the store. I was concerned with the number of showers that teenage girls take that we might run out of hot water (and towels) but Annie provided plenty of towels (and sheets, pillows and blankets) for all of us and the water remained the right temperature too. We all had a perfect NYC vacation and can’t wait to come back and stay here again! I’d highly recommend!

Open space, clean and well kept. Walking distance to subway

This property was clean and spacious. It's in a great location, close to the subway, grocery stores and places to eat or have coffee. The check-in and check out process was simple and the host communicated well. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Annie’s place was so cute! It was exactly as described in the listing and photos. The neighborhood is beautiful with great coffee shops and close to the express train. Communication and check in were quick and easy. There was plenty of space for our family of four. Beds were comfy. Couches were fun! We loved the balcony. We had a great time.
