Our family of four and grandparents came to visit a relative for a long weekend who lived 400 feet away! This property surpassed any expectation our group of 6 had.Giant family room - convertible beds, so much more space than we even imagined. Stairs were short and my parents had no problem navigating them.A decent grocery store and small deli under a 3 minute walk away. Hamilton undergound coffee was awesome. Subway again under 500 feet away. Neighborhood is safe. Harlem comedy club is right there, the grange was a short walk.Quiet neighbors, amazing balcony to hang out. Detailed history of past tenants and property history.We will be staying here again. Great communication, clean and the stairs again were not much at all.
